WebJun 9, 2009 · I returned mine back to Outnet, but never got them in the first place. They shipped to me via UPS and signature required. UPS couldn't change to let me pick them up at their location because they were restricted by Outnet to do so. I called Outnet for several times but all customer services did was take my number down but never called me back! WebReturns take a ridiculous amount of time. Trying to get refunds is a task in itself and not one I wish to keep spending my time on. It's a real shame, but avoid if you wish to return items and receive your refunds in a timely manner.
