WebI am confused :D. That's because you have broken Default Replacements Eyes in the game or you deleted the eyes that infant had from the Mods folder after you made him. It's a common thing in my game, I had a Sim that had the eye color option missing because the eyes I used for him were deleted and I forgot. Had to put them back in game to fix it.
