WebDec 23, 2024 · When I have an appointment set as Busy or Out of Office, Outlook will not allow other meetings to be scheduled. However, when it is set as Working Elsewhere, it does allow other meetings to be scheduled. I typically use Out of Office as traveling, vacation, etc. Basically any time that I should not expect to be working.
