WebI prefer vanilla since MCP as well as some MWSE mods allow for some great QoL, UI and graphics improvements and extentions, many of which just aren't compatible with OpenMW (As far as I know at least). That being said, OpenMW is obviously pretty amazing as well. Both are perfectly valid choices for playing the game.
