Webb24 jan. 2024 · SharePoint List View Filter Issue I have a bit of a strange issue. I migrated a list with over 15000 items from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint Online. The default view is exactly the same and has the same filters. It should be displaying 944 items (as it is in SharePoint 2007), however on SharePoint Online I am getting this error message: Webb24 dec. 2024 · As long as you don’t make changes to the existing filter, it will still work. But the second you update an existing filter or add a new one, you loose the ‘does not contain data’ filter criteria and you view will not display the expected results anymore. So you will have to remember to add this condition every time you make changes.
