Webb9 sep. 2013 · Just thought I would report in. I've been using the green Theraband flexbar for about four days for 5 to 10 minutes a day. I must admit, after the second day my tennis elbow issue was gone. Granted, I don't think I had a very bad case. The pain wasn't too bad but was definitely lingering. Hopefully I caught the issue quick enough and will be OK.
